Become a supporter!

Being a Supporter of Voluntary Arts Scotland gives your organisation the opportunity to nominate and second candidates for the Voluntary Arts Scotland committee, and then cast votes in the election held after the nomination process. To be a Supporter means you agree with our mission statement and meet all the criteria written below. If you wish your organisation to be eligible to vote, please read the statement, open, print out, complete and return the PDF form below. Return your form by Friday 30 April 2010 to be able to take part in this year's elections (Please note any forms submitted after this date will be put on the list to take part in next year's elections.)

Criteria
A Supporting organisation must:
· Have a constitution or set of rules
· Work on a not-for-profit basis
· Support the participatory arts in Scotland
· Support the VAScotland mission statement (below)
· Not be a government sponsored public body

VAScotland Mission Statement:
'To promote and support participatory arts and crafts in Scotland as a force for personal development, social regeneration, community cohesion and fun.’
